My role was a team lead position with a very broad scope. Starting, with team and stakeholder management to transcribing Zalando’s overall strategy per country for our channel.
I had the chance to develop tactical relationships with our main retail partners and service providers; and built up both online and offline marketing campaigns for retailers, encompassing the whole retail environment - print, POS, and social.
I also negotiated strategic axes for increased sales across fifteen European countries.
I am particularly proud of defining and successfully implementing the European strategy, and achieving 100% overall growth YOY.
