At Debenhams, as a team lead position, I was responsible to define and implement commercial and marketing strategies for three channels: in-store, online and third party distribution.
I managed products, plus teams and stakeholders both internally and externally. I also oversaw the target definition and PnL management.
Despite the difficult retail environment we maintained growth levels and achieved five new product launches.
We successfully delivered marketing and promotion planning for more than fifteen resellers and accomplished the definition and execution of an brand new online marketing strategy.
